Definition Programs that accept donations of paints, brushes, easels, canvases, paper, dyes, chalk, charcoal, colored pencils, clay, glass, wax, beads, pieces of wood, cutting tools, scraps of fabric and other tools and materials that are required for any of a variety of art or craft projects. The materials may be kept by the organization for use in its own program, sold to the general public or teachers (usually at discounted prices) or donated again to arts/crafts programs for use by the people they serve.
